Do you accept insurance?

Moore Centered Psychiatry is currently a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. Upon request, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Your individual insurance plan determines reimbursement, and we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly regarding your out-of-network mental health benefits.

We also accept eligible FSA and HSA cards for comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management follow-up appointments. FSA/HSA eligibility varies by plan, so we recommend confirming eligibility with your plan administrator.

What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as eligible FSA and HSA cards for qualifying psychiatric services.

We understand that life happens. To honor your appointment time and maintain availability for patients seeking care, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are billed at the full session fee.

What happens during the initial psychiatric evaluation?

The first appointment is a comfortable space to discuss your concerns, history, previous treatment, medications, daily functioning, relationships, and goals for care.

Dr. Moore will work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan, which may include medication, supportive therapy, lifestyle recommendations, coordination with other providers, or a combination of approaches.

Does Dr. Moore offer Christian or faith-integrated care?

Faith-integrated care is available upon request. For patients who desire it, Dr. Moore can incorporate Christian values, scripture, and prayer while maintaining evidence-based psychiatric care.

The patient’s preferences always guide faith integration and are never required.

How are parents or guardians involved in adolescent care?

Parent or guardian involvement is determined by the adolescent’s age, clinical needs, applicable laws, and treatment plan. Dr. Moore works to support appropriate family involvement while also creating a respectful environment in which adolescent patients can participate meaningfully in their care.
